Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Enrollment

You may cancel a program enrollment by emailing info.sstglobal@gmail.com from your registered email address. Include your full name, program name, and payment / transaction reference (if any).

2. Effective Cancellation Time

Cancellation is considered effective from the date and time we receive a complete written request (email). Phone requests must be followed by email confirmation to be processed.

3. Cancellation Windows

• 7+ days before start: Cancellation accepted with eligibility for full refund as per Refund Policy.
• 3–6 days before start: Cancellation accepted with partial refund eligibility.
• Less than 3 days / after start: Cancellation may be recorded, but fees are generally non-refundable. Batch transfer may be offered at SST Global’s discretion.

4. Batch Transfers

Instead of cancelling, you may request a one-time transfer to a later batch of the same program (subject to seat availability) if requested at least 3 days before the original start date. Transfer fees, if any, will be communicated in writing.

5. Institutional / Corporate Engagements

For customized corporate training, lab consulting, or institutional projects, cancellation terms in the signed proposal/MoU prevail. Where no separate agreement exists:

• Cancellation 10+ days before kickoff: fees paid may be adjusted against future work or refunded as mutually agreed
• Cancellation after kickoff: fees for work already delivered are payable; unused prepaid amounts may be credited

6. Cancellation by SST Global

We may cancel or postpone a program due to insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, force majeure, or operational reasons. In such cases you may choose a transfer to an alternate schedule or a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled program.

7. Processing

We confirm cancellations within 2 business days. Any applicable refund follows the timelines in our Refund Policy.
